The Urban Science External Grievance Mechanism

The Urban Science External Grievance Mechanism provides a platform for individuals or organizations to submit grievances, about real or perceived wrong or unfair treatment. All grievances will be reviewed by the Urban Science external grievance team, who will seek to find an objective and fair resolution.


Grievances can be lodged by any individual or organization that is relevant to Urban Science, including business partners, service providers or customers.

The grievant should be able to provide information that is:
Related to Urban Science services or their employees, is factual and backed with evidence.

Grievances should be lodged by emailing Communication, including supporting documents, should be in English.

Updates on the status of any grievance will also be communicated via this email channel and can be requested at any time.
