Dealer Summary Report
The Dealer Summary Report gives dealer group leaders a quick, high-level view of how all rooftops in their group are performing compared to benchmarks, both same and competitive brand. The report provides a comprehensive look at lead performance, showing both close and defection rates. Additional metrics like days-to-sale and days-to-defection, provide an average of how many days pass from the time a customer submits a lead and when that customer defects or purchases. These insights help dealer groups identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities across their operations.
Expanded national benchmarking
National benchmarks are now available in every sales insight category within TrafficView so dealers can gain an understanding of their performance vs. the national average. This high-level data point helps dealers understand if they are performing lower, on par or higher than their peers. Benchmarks offer dealerships a powerful comparator to evaluate relative performance. By comparing themselves to industry standards, dealers can better assess their operations — enabling them to better identify opportunities to make strategic adjustments and drive performance.
Sister store capability
Dealer group leaders can now elect to include or exclude sister store(s) from their TrafficView report. A sister store refers to another dealership within the same group, often located nearby or representing a different brand, that shares ownership and operational ties. This allows each dealer to tailor its TrafficView report based on strategic priorities — whether they want to include sister stores to assess internal group performance and identify cross-store defection or exclude them to focus solely on external market competition.
Doubled defection insights
TrafficView sales insights will now show a dealership’s top 10 defection opportunities instead of five. This new highlight quickly allows dealers to see where they are losing the most opportunities — enabling faster, more targeted action to more effectively compete and retain potential buyers.
