At Urban Science, we believe in (and witness) our collective ability to #DoGreatThings each day – at home, at work and in the communities where we live and serve. Urban Scientists are not only dedicated to driving innovation into every corner of the automotive industry, we’re also deeply committed to giving back in the places we live and work. In this spirit, we’re pleased to announce $10,500 in total gifts to local nonprofits nominated by our employees around the world, reflecting the shared passion of our employees to make a difference.
Each nonprofit received a $500 donation when the nominating employee participated in four or more hours of paid volunteering and submitted a recap of their experience. One organization, Detroit-headquartered Make Food Not Waste, also received a $1,500 bonus gift, which was determined by an employee vote. These contributions reflect the combined efforts of our team and the diverse causes that matter most to them.

In the months ahead, we’ll share some of their stories – highlighting what inspired our colleagues to volunteer, the experiences they had and the lasting impact they helped create.
To our team: thank you for turning your passions into purpose. To the organizations you’ve uplifted: thank you for your tireless service. We’re honored to stand with you.
