For the second year, Urban Science was invited to present and share our learnings for improving client loyalty as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) at the annual Verint Engage18 customer experience conference the week of May 14 in Dallas.
The conference brought together global industry thought leaders to share best practices, customer successes and insights to create immediate business impact.
Given Urban Science’s remarkable global NPS, industry leaders in Customer Experience Management were most interested to learn how a company is able to achieve and sustain high levels of NPS.
“It was an honor for both Susan Filipek and I to represent Urban Science and place our company’s achievements on a global stage. The result is due to our Urban Science offices and teams globally who are outstanding client centric thought leaders,” said Randall Tallerico.
Urban Science partners with Verint to deliver and record our NPS survey; and Randall serves on Verint’s Customer Advisory Board and Executive Summit to showcase Urban Science as an industry thought-leader.
