What university did you attend and what was your area of study?

I attended universities in Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States to study industrial production, technology and business, ultimately receiving my Masters in Business Administration.

What industry challenge/trend are you excited about right now?

One of my focuses right now is understanding the impacts electrification will have on service and repair business, and what new opportunities are presenting themselves because of the computerization of cars – like connectivity opportunities.

What do you see as the biggest opportunity for growth in your area of specialization right now?

I see a huge opportunity in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to develop more prescriptive solutions.

What is your favorite part of your job?

Combining innovative technology and scientific processes to solve clients’ business challenges.

How do you approach solving client challenges?

I start with understanding the business challenges and where the client wants to go. Then, I start from the end and work my way backwards to ensure I’m delivering a solution that helps clients reach those goals.

What do you hope to accomplish in the future, professionally?

I look forward to incorporating advanced analytics to develop recommendations for business improvement, on a large scale, for many dealers at once.
