What university did you attend and what was your area of study?

I attended the University of Portsmouth to recieve my Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems.

What industry challenge/trend are you excited about right now?

The rapid development and adoption of electric and autonomous vehicles. The automotive industry is undergoing a significant transformation with a focus on sustainability, innovation in EV technology, charging infrastructure expansion, and advancements in self-driving capabilities.

What do you see as the biggest opportunity for growth in your area of specialization right now?

The aftersales sector’s biggest opportunity for growth revolves around leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, streamline service processes, and cater to the evolving needs of vehicle owners, especially in the context of digitalisation, EVs, and personalised aftersales solutions.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I enjoy the dynamic nature of my role – I get to combine my love for cars with business expertise. Guiding automotive companies through challenges, optimising operations, and witnessing industry improvements is deeply gratifying. I also relish meeting new clients, crafting tailored solutions, and driving positive change.

How do you approach solving client challenges?

When approaching client challenges, I follow a systematic and client-centered approach to ensure effective problem-solving and successful outcomes. Throughout the entire process, my focus is on delivering practical and effective solutions that align with the client’s goals, utilising a combination of industry knowledge, data-driven insights, and collaborative problem-solving.

What do you hope to accomplish in the future, professionally?

I hope to expand my consultancy reach globally, working with international clients, and contributing to the development of automotive markets around the world.
